Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how dhankesariresult.org ("we", "us", "our", also referred to as Lottery Sambad) handles information when you visit this website. We built this page to be as lightweight and privacy-respecting as possible — we do not require you to sign up, log in, or submit personal details to view any lottery result.

Information We Collect

We keep the data we collect to a minimum:

• Automatically collected data: Like most websites, our server and analytics tools may automatically log standard technical information such as your browser type, device type, approximate location (derived from IP address), pages visited, and time spent on the site. This is used only in aggregate to understand traffic and improve the site.
• Information you provide voluntarily: If you email us through the address listed on our Contact Us page, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that email (such as your name and email address) purely to respond to your query.
• Cookies: We may use cookies or similar local storage technologies for basic site functionality (such as remembering your menu preference) and, where third-party services are embedded (such as fonts or advertising), those third parties may set their own cookies as described below.

How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain and improve this website and the results published on it.
• To respond to questions, corrections or feedback sent to us.
• To understand aggregate traffic patterns (e.g. which draw times are checked most) so we can improve page speed and layout.
• To detect and prevent abuse, spam or security issues.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services & Links

This site links out to official government lottery department websites (Nagaland, West Bengal and Sikkim) for source verification, and may use third-party services for fonts, icons, or traffic analytics. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review separately — we are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites we link to.

Cookies & Analytics

We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use this site (e.g. number of visits, pages viewed, approximate region). This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify individual visitors. You can control or disable cookies at any time through your browser's settings; disabling cookies will not prevent you from viewing lottery results, though some minor site features may not work as expected.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the limited information we do handle, including restricting direct access to internal data files and securing our administrative area. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may browse this site without providing any personal information at all. If you have previously emailed us and would like your correspondence deleted from our records, contact us using the details on our Contact Us page and we will action your request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
